The YX Castilla is considered a “non-traditional blend”. The wine encompasses two of the most popular, but diverse white grapes, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. The wine artist, Daniel Barrio, crafted a wine that has a rush of crisp, zesty fruit flavor on the front end with a smooth, soft-butter, oak finish.
