Seven Series Cabernet Sauvignon – 750ml
Green Bell Pepper
One of our favorite regions in the United States, Washington wines should be on the radar of every wine lover. The grapes are grown on the same latitude as Bordeaux France which is why the region can deliver complex, fruit forward, balanced wines. You can expect an inviting Cab with great structure, ripe red fruits, and silky tannins.

Stories behind the wine
Washington State’s southeast corner was dramatically transformed 30,000 years ago by a series of cataclysmic floods originating from Lake Missoula, Montana. The floods carried with them soils creating a unique mixture of sand and loam. Okay, we can’t lie…we had to google what loam was! It’s soil with equal parts sand, clay, and silt. We selected this wine so you could compare the flavors of a Cabernet Sauvignon from a cooler climate to the more common Cabernet Sauvignons purchased from California. Cooler climates often result in wines with more of green bell pepper, mint and cedar notes. Cabernet Sauvignon from California tends to have more notes of dark cherry, blackberry, and tobacco.
