The Doluca white is fermented from the Sultaniye grape varietal. It’s a versatile grape grown for many purposes. The Sultaniye grape varietal produces crisp, light-bodied wines with balanced flavors of green fruits and acidity. This wine is produced by one of the oldest wineries in Turkey. You will not find this wine anywhere else in the United States.
