The Story Behind The Wine
Drinjk Riesling is all about balance, with a semi-sweet flavor produced by stopping its grapes' fermentation process before all of their sugar has been converted to alcohol. The Washington-grown grapes from this crisp Riesling are picked later in the year to maximize sugar content, compared to the earlier-picked grapes you'll find in dryer wines like Chardonnay. Like other semi-sweet wines of its class, Drinjk Riesling blends the sweet fun of residual sugar with the structure of well-cut acidity.
