We highly recommend having your product shipped to an office location so that there is someone over the age of 21 to sign for the package. This will prevent you from missing the drop off time.
We do not warranty the wines from freezing if orders are placed from any customer in a region that experiences below freezing temperatures. It is the customer's responsibility to not order products in the winter months. If you are at all worried that the wine may freeze, please wait and join the membership in the spring months.
The Christmas wine memberships and products will vary in when they are shipped. However, if your product purchase states you will receive it prior to Christmas it will ship a minimum of two weeks before Christmas.
Our monthly wine memberships will vary when they ship. The shipping team will always try their best to have each shipment arrive 30 days after the previous shipment. We will do our best to try to ship consistently to you.
Our wine advent calendars will ship mid November. We guarantee that they will arrive prior to Dec 1st.
You will receive an email notification when your wine box ships. Depending on your city it will take 1-12 days to arrive at your door.
Sip and Savor uses UPS and FedEx who specializes in handling wine.
We do try our best to keep consistent with the order of the featured countries that we advertise. However, because of the world's unpredictable natures, the order of the countries that we ship from month to month can change periodically without notice.
Our policy is in effect for 10 days. If 10 days have passed since you have received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will need to provide a picture of the product.
You are responsible for the shipping costs to return the pacakge.
If you have missed your package and it has been returned to Sip and Savor, Sip and Savor reserves the right to access you a $20 restocking fee. If your package is returned it is not the responsibility of Sip and Savor to compensate you for the return packaged. However, in some situations, Sip and Savor may mail you another package for an additional $20 fee with your next month's wine. This fee is to cover the return shipping fees incurred and the additional shipping fees that will be incrred.
If you choose to cancel or pause your membership, you must do so a minimum of 10 days prior to the next delivery. For example, if you are to receive your wine box around the middle of the month (Feb 14th) you must cancel by February 4th. Sip and Savor may be flexible by a couple days. Sip and Savor require 10 days because the shipping department will have already fulfilled the order.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
To refund your product. Send an email and picture of the unused product to email@example.com Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Wine Advent Calendars cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com with an image of your broken product.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
